Robert Anthony is currently a part of:
Goldy Rox
Goldy Rox was formed by Gayla Dawn of Jaggedy Ann fame in mid 2009 and has enjoyed a great amount of success in a very short time. Debuting at Mandalay Bay in August 2009, Goldy Rox has appeared with Alice Cooper, numerous TV, Radio, and Red Carpet Events, and has played at some of Las Vegas' and California's finest venues. Goldy Rox is working on its debut album and currently has its first single "Feel Good" being featured in Chopper Couture's marketing.
Hell 'n' Back
Hell 'n' Back is signed to Danger Crue Records and has toured Japan in support of "Sacred Wind" at the end of 2005. The high-point of the tour was a sold out performance at Budokan on December 25, 2005. The Budokan show was filmed and recorded for a DVD.
Robert Anthony is the Keyboard Player in Hell 'n' Back, which features Japanese Guitar Hero Hideaki Nakama, former Cacophony Vocalist Dan Bryant, and Jimmy Wells on Drums. Hell 'n' Back is currently searching for a Bass Player.
"Sacred Wind" was recorded in September and October, 2005 and was produced and engineered by Peter Marrino of Cacophony, LeManns, and Unauthorized Ozzy.
Most recently, Hideaki has been trying to get in touch with me, but I keep missing his calls, though it is very difficult to communicate with him via telephone as he speaks little English and I speak even less Japanese. Anyway, I'm thinking he may be ready to get started on a solo album that he had talked about last time we exchanged email, but this is purely speculation on my part at this time.

Former bands worth mentioning
Mindcryme: a tribute to Queensryche
This was a fun band to play in. The music is cool and the musicians I worked with were top-notch players. The band's Lead Vocalist nailed Geoff Tate's voice and he's also a monster piano/keyboard player. These days he's doing an Elton John / Billy Joel tribute and performs all over the Chicago area. I have a link to his band's site on my "links" page.
The Dark
The Dark was made of me plus three of Mindcryme's members... The style was a blend of things like Tool, Alice In Chains, Dream Theater, and Queensryche and we covered 2 or 3 songs from each of them in addition to performing material from our 8-song independent release.
I played Bass in this band and we often opened for Mindcryme. We were really starting to see some success when the drummer of both bands left due to personal reasons. We played with a few other guys and tried to keep it alive, but no one seemed to be able to fill his shoes, and both bands ended up defunct.
Trial By Z
This was my first "Alternative" band, and being from the midwest, pretty much what you had to play to get booked. While we did some original music, the focus of this band seemed to be covers by bands like Dave Matthews Band, Peter Gabriel, and the Bodeans.
Indica
Probably my first real band. This was a band where we all grew and learned to play together, and became best of friends as a result. Along with our original material, we also did covers by bands like Deep Purple, Yngwie Malmsteen, Van Halen, Rush, Joe Satriani, and Pink Floyd. Though we recorded only three songs (not counting our embarrassing first demo), Indica had performed throughout Chicagoland and had, over time, earned the respect of our peers.
